We build with integrity and aim to remain humble during all aspects of the construction process. Every new client or project is an opportunity to build on our resume of successful general contracting in Central Texas. Success for our team is defined by meeting all of the client’s goals along the way.

CM Constructors' commercial work stems from our strong and collaborative relationships with top tier companies, including ground-up construction and Class A finish outs. Our approach is a true partnering aspect, whether it’s a 200,000 square foot office finish out or a 5,000 square foot new office shell. With our team's rich history in Central Texas, there are few developments that we have not worked within.

CM Constructors was founded by Troy Chapman and Mark McDonald to build a company that truly puts clients and the team first.

TROY CHAPMAN

Troy highly values his reputation of being humble and staying hungry. He wholeheartedly believes that a man’s character is important and calls to who he is at his core. He often says to us, “It’s never about this job, it’s about the next one!” Since 1996, when Troy first began as a commercial contractor in Austin, he has held close the belief that doing your best will keep clients coming back and that attitude and effort can overcome almost any hurdle. Many of those clients through the years actually end up becoming his friends, because he puts so much of himself into every relationship.

MARK MCDONALD

Patience, humility, attention to detail and hard work have been the drivers behind Mark’s career in construction. He often tells the team “Issues come up on every construction project, and it is how we respond to those issues that differentiate us from our competitors.”

Mark grew up in Austin and has been in business in Central Texas for nearly two decades. The relationships forged and building/ campus knowledge gathered during that time are invaluable for future project success stories.
