CM Constructors Announces Kaley Simon as Director of Preconstruction

Austin, TX — CM Constructors is excited to announce the addition of Kaley Simon as Director of Preconstruction. Bringing over 20 years of experience in the Central Texas construction industry, Kaley will lead our preconstruction and estimating efforts across the Austin and San Antonio markets.

Prior to joining CM Constructors, Kaley served in executive leadership and preconstruction roles for nationally recognized contractors, overseeing estimating teams, market strategy, and complex project planning across healthcare, higher education, municipal, and commercial sectors throughout Texas.

Throughout her career, Kaley has built a reputation for collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and strong relationships within the AEC community. Her experience spans all phases of preconstruction, including conceptual budgeting, constructability review, procurement strategy, and early project planning.

In addition to her operational leadership experience, Kaley has been recognized throughout the industry for her contributions to the construction community, including being named an ENR Texas & Louisiana Top Young Professional.

In her role at CM Constructors, Kaley will oversee estimating operations, preconstruction strategy, and early project coordination efforts while supporting the company’s continued growth across Texas.
