What did you do before joining CM Constructors?

Before working here, I was a project superintendent at a construction company. My days were filled with managing construction sites and making sure everything stayed on schedule and within budget. I loved seeing buildings come together from the ground up. Even though I've moved on, the experience still shapes how I tackle challenges today.

What excites you most about your new role at CM Constructors?

Being a project superintendent is like being the captain of a ship, steering a team toward a common goal. I'm excited because it's a hands-on role where I get to see tangible results of my work. Every day brings new challenges to solve, and the feeling of accomplishment when a project is completed is unbeatable. Plus, there's always something new to learn, keeping things exciting and dynamic.

What drew you to the industry and profession?

What drew me into the construction industry was my natural inclination towards building and fixing things, which I've had since I was young. Whether it was repairing a leaky faucet or building a treehouse in the backyard, I've always enjoyed hands-on work and seeing projects come together. This natural inclination towards practical tasks led me to pursue a career in construction, where I could apply my skills on a larger scale. Construction felt like the perfect fit for me, allowing me to work on real projects and make a tangible impact while doing what I love.
