ASCENSION SETON HAYS HOSPITAL, OBSERVATION UNIT

Renovation within the active Ascension Seton Hays hospital to convert a former wound care space into a new 17-room Observation Unit. In addition to patient rooms, the project included two nurse stations, clean linen and equipment storage, a soiled utility room, patient restrooms, and a staff lounge with dedicated facilities. The renovated space includes new finishes, custom millwork, and upgraded electrical and HVAC systems, all completed with careful coordination to avoid disruption to hospital operations.
