FORTE

This 11,500+ SF renovation for FORTÉ created a modern, tech-integrated environment tailored to support both their sales team and AV fabrication operations. The two-phase project combined 6,031 SF of finished office space with 5,511 SF of warehouse and fabrication under one roof, intentionally designed for seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house functions.

Full-height glass walls and a glass-paneled garage door create flexible meeting environments that feel open while still allowing for privacy when needed. Integrated AV systems were coordinated early in the design process, ensuring performance was built into the space rather than layered in later.

The result is a cohesive workplace that supports collaboration, client engagement, and efficient production in equal measure.
