CATH LAB 2 RENOVATION 
CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER DALLAS

Renovation of an active cath lab within a sterile, behind-red-lines environment at Children’s Hospital. Originally planned as a simple equipment upgrade, the project scope expanded after discovering that the new Siemens equipment was incompatible with the existing ceiling structure and isocenter previously designed for Phillips systems. CM Constructors worked closely with Choice Engineering and Corgan Architecture to redesign and rebuild the overhead support system and ceiling structure to meet Siemens specifications. Despite these added complexities, our team maintained strict cleanliness protocols and delivered the project on schedule.
