BHIG CLINIC RENOVATION 
CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER PLANO

Renovation at the Children's Medical Center Plano to create a dedicated space for the Behavioral Health Integration and Guidance (BHIG) initiative, which supports expanded access to behavioral health resources to children and families. 

The renovated suite brings clinical, assessment, and administrative functions together within one space, including exam and observation rooms, private and shared offices, assessment areas, waiting spaces, and supporting staff areas. Construction included interior reconfiguration, new finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications to adapt the existing space for its new clinical use. 

Completed within an occupied medical campus, the project required careful coordination of construction activities to minimize disruption to surrounding operations while delivering a space tailored to the needs of the BHIG team and the patients they serve.
