NATERA LABS - PORTOFINO

This phase of the Natera Campus renovation included the partial interior remodel, converting existing office space into 30K square feet of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, along with a 284 square foot electrical room. The remodel also included significant infrastructure upgrades, such as the installation of a new Makeup Air Unit (MAU), mechanical yard, rooftop exhaust systems to provide 100% outside air to the lab spaces. Additionally, a new electrical service and a 2MW generator were installed to ensure full emergency backup power for the labs.
