NATERA LABS

This first generation finish out included 22K SF of new lab space and 7,000 SF of office and conference space. The shell was built to support traditional office, the finish out included extensive work with MEP and structural trades to accommodate the expansive lab space. 
The completed project included a new MAU, mechanical yard, and rooftop exhaust systems to provide 100% outside air to all new lab spaces. New structural steel for exhaust system, new material lift and box lift to service 2nd floor labs.
All work was completed within the fully operational office park.
