QUANTIC WENZEL

Renovation of a 45,000 SF facility for Quantic Wenzel, a leader in precision frequency control and timing products for aerospace, defense, and space exploration. The project included 9,717 SF of office space, 2,067 SF of storage, 27,711 SF of factory space, and a 3,864 SF assembly area. The office renovation featured a mix of private and open workspaces, a new lobby, and conference rooms. The factory scope included clean rooms, engineering areas, and specialized stockrooms to support mission-critical manufacturing. CM Constructors also installed an electrical busway system for the engineering space and upgraded the building’s HVAC system with more than 25 rooftop units.
