TEXAS CHILDREN'S PEDIATRICS - CAPITAL PEDIATRIC GROUP

CM Constructors completed a two-phase renovation of the 7,920 SF Capital Pediatrics clinic for Texas Children’s Pediatrics. The updated layout includes a new welcome and reception area, check-in desk, waiting area, 15 exam rooms, a lab, five charting rooms, shared offices for physicians and staff, two weight & measure stations, and separate patient and staff restrooms. To achieve the designer’s vision, the project required custom structural support for the canopy feature at the welcome desk. Work was carefully phased to allow the clinic to remain operational throughout construction.
