CM Constructors partnered with Johnson Healthcare Real Estate and Medxcel to build-out 68,000SF of first-generation medical space for Seton Ascension. Practice groups included Imaging, Spine & Scoliosis, and Cardiology over three separate floors. Specialty equipment rooms included new Mammography, DEXA, MRI, X-ray, and CT suites with additional space for future MRI. The clinic space includes 70+ exam rooms, three Injection Suites, and 3,000 SF of Physical Therapy space and gym.
