First generation finish out of the entire top floor of the new Davenport 360 Building in West Austin. The completed finish out includes a mixture of open and private office space. Shared spaces include multiple conference rooms, a break room with cafe style banquet seating, and a large training room with operable partitions. This finish out was the third successful project completed in the building within the last three years.
