Conversion of a flex warehouse to house the 31,700 square foot educational medical training facility. The completed space, a first of its kind in Central Texas, was subdivided into three functional areas with co-working space, conference rooms, lecture-style classrooms, and a state of the art bio-skills training lab.

The scope included specialized refrigeration and cooling to support bio-skills training.
