CM Constructors completed a full interior renovation and expansion on the second floor of the SDMC Pavilion to create a new home for the Center for Women’s Health for People's Community Clinic. Spanning over 13,000 square feet, the refreshed space features 26 exam rooms, a dedicated pharmacy and lab, a flexible classroom, and welcoming areas for staff and patient support. The scope also included the installation of two new AHUs and extensive MEP upgrades, all carefully coordinated to meet clinic standards and ensure long-term functionality.
