First-generation finish out of part of the 7th floor in the Class A River South Building, designed by Corgan. This sophisticated space features a mix of open and private office areas, multiple conference rooms, private phone rooms, and a hidden speakeasy, cleverly concealed behind custom millwork doors. The large conference room stands out with striking wooden baffles, while additional highlights include demountable partitions, banquette seating, herculite door systems, and custom millwork and metal finishes throughout. The HVAC system was upgraded with fan-powered terminals to ensure optimal climate control. Exterior grading by McNichols is complemented by a custom-built Efco door system, offering seamless patio access. The project required close coordination with building management to ensure smooth deliveries and electrical shutdowns, minimizing tenant disruptions and maintaining a seamless workflow.
