TOWER POINT AMENITY UPGRADES

CM Constructors was brought on to provide the Capital Improvement of the Tower Point Office Building in Austin’s High-Tech Corridor in North Austin. Construction included interior and exterior upgrades to elevate the common areas to a Class A amenity center. Exterior upgrades rejuvenated the entryway with an added canopy and accent lighting. Interior upgrades created a luxe industrial kitchen and dining areas, multiple conference suites, restrooms, and elevated entryways.
